Job profile: The candidate’s role would be to take inbound calls from the companies French Client, resolve their queries trouble shooting of their desktops and their network and hardware devices. Qualifications: Graduation in French Language is a must for this position. The candidate must be excellent in verbal & written French. Good Knowledge in Operating System is also required.
