Presenting Officer, Principal Private Secretary, National Commission for Protection of Child Rights
National Commission for Protection of Child Rights was established in the year 2007 under Government of India. It comes under the commission for protection of Child Rights Act 2005. The commission is responsible for ensuring that all laws, policies and programmes of Child Rights are in consonance. The major function of the commission is to protect, promote and defend child rights in the country. Professor Santha Sinha is the Chairperson of the commission. Building public awareness and creating moral force in the country to protect child rights, are the major functions performed by the commission.

Candidates will be recruited purely on deputation on Foreign Service Terms.
