Profile:

Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) was established under the Article 320 of the consititution of India. It is considered as an independent constitutional authority. The main objective of the commission is to discharge the duties and functions that needs to be operated by them under the Article 20 of the constitution. The other main objective of the commission is to provide advise related to the matter of recruitment and promotion rules to the state government.

Job Profile:

1. Recruitment of Company Secretary Class-I:
No. of Posts: 1 post only.
Age: Candidates should be between 18-45 years of age.
Pay Scale: Rs. 7880-11660/-

2. Recruitment of Director/Principal Class-I:
No. of Posts: 1 post only.
Age: Candidates should not be more than 45 years of age.
Pay Scale: Rs. 18400-22400/-

3. Recruitment of Principal Class-I:
No. of Posts: 1 post only.
Age: Candidates should not be more than 45 years of age.
Pay Scale: Rs. 18400-22400/-

4. Recruitment of Horticulture Development Officer Class-I:
No. of Posts: 36 post only.
Age: Candidates should not be more than 45 years of age.
Pay Scale: Consolidated amount of Rs. 10830/-

Selection Procedure:

There is one written examination that need to be cleared by the candidates for their selection for the available posts. Candidates then will also have to sit for an interview.
