Fee Structure for Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) Courses in VIT University

• Tuition Fee: Rs. 89,000/- per annum
• Special Fees: Rs. 21, 000/- per annum
• Total Fees: Rs. 1, 10,000/- per annum

Special fee include examination fees, library fees, etc. First semester fee must be paid at the time of admission. Along with first semester fee, caution deposit and admission fee must also be paid. Admission fee amounts to Rs. 10,000/- and caution deposit is Rs. 3000/-.

Fee Structure for Master of Technology (B.Tech) Courses in VIT University

Tuition fee for M.Tech course may vary with stream selected. Tuition fee for M.Tech degree in streams of Automotive Electronics, Nanotechnology, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Software Technology, Communication Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Technology (Networking), VLSI Design, and Biotechnology is as follows.
