YMCA University of Science & Technology provides admission for under graduate courses like B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering on the basis of AIEEE score. Admission Process in YMCA University of Science & Technology

Candidates having completed 10 + 2 from any of the recognized board with an aggregate of 50% marks can apply for B.Tech courses. Such candidates must have completed the course with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and one among the following as optional subjects.

  • Biology
  • Chemistry
  • Bio-Technology
  • Computer Science

Admissions will be offered on the basis of AIEEE.

Bachelor degree holders with a minimum of 50% marks can look for M.Sc courses in the concerned subject. Admission will be offered on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam.

B.Tech degree holder with 55% or above marks can apply for M.Tech in the concerned stream. SC/ST candidates need to have at least 50% marks only. Admission will be offered on the basis of GATE score.

Degree holders having studied mathematics as a compulsory subject either at 12th or graduation are eligible to apply for MCA. The institute itself conducts an entrance test for the selection process. There will be 80 questions from subjects like mathematics, logical ability and statistics.

Master degree holders from any of the recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks can apply for Ph.D programs (in the respective subject). Admission will be offered on the basis of entrance test conducted by the institute. There will be 80 questions for the test that is required to be completed within 1 and half hours. One needs to score at least 40% marks in the entrance test to qualify.
