Transport Facility

In order to solve the daily transportation problems of day scholar students and other staff members, the college arranges transportation services. A total of 29 buses operate and connects across Chennai city and other suburbs like Thirvettriyur, Avadi, Pattabiram, Poonamallee, Chengalpet and Ambattur. The bus route gets finalized only after taking in to consideration the needs of students. The college buses reach the campus daily around 7.40 am and leave evening by 3.10 am facilitating students to reach home early.

Sports Facility

Both indoor and outdoor sports facilities are arranged in this campus for students. Indoor games like table tennis, caroms and chess is organized for students. Basket ball, football, cricket, volley ball, kabadi, and throw ball are other out door facilities arranged for students. Apart from this, indoor stadium facilities organized for both boys and girls.

Medical Facility

Full time medical facility is arranged in the campus for all students. The college organizes regular medical check ups for students.

Library

A central library functions in Jeppiaar Engineering College with the objective to provide an individual learning room for students. The centrally air conditioned library spread over an area of 60, 000 square feet are up to international standards. The library includes a host of books, journals and non book materials related to specific subject areas. The college library consists of 1, 04,397 volumes of books, 8,292 Titles & 550 CDs. ASME Journals, IEL online, Springer Link and more than 1,273 E – resources can also be accessed by students in library. Digital Library services are also arranged for students.

Laboratory Facility

The college offers laboratory facilities combined with most modern equipments for both graduate and post graduate students. Project testing and other practical experiments can be done by students in these laboratories.

Hostel

The college offers hostel facilities for all students. Spacious rooms with separate bed, pillow covers, and bed sheets along with attached washrooms are provided inside the hostels. Apart from this, there are separate prayer halls, reading rooms, dining halls, internet facility and TV rooms inside the hostels.

Conference Hall

A centrally air conditioned Mini Auditorium with a maximum seating capacity of 540 is arranged. Along with an audio and video conference facility is also arranged inside the hall.

Canteen

A canteen functions inside the campus which accommodates a total of 2500 students at a time.  A separate seating arrangement is made for both students and staff members. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian food items are served hygienically inside the canteen.

Bank

Semmencherry branch of Indian Bank functions inside the college campus offering banking facilities to both students and staff members.
