Job Profile: The role of Senior Relationship Manager is to handle the on roll team. He should able to achieve individual targets and team targets both. He should able to motivate the team to achieve good targets.

The role of Relationship Manager is to do direct selling of mutual funds, life insurance and general insurance. He should be street smart with go getter attitude and able to meet the sales target.

Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate for the post of Senior Relationship Manager. Candidates from Financial Background would be prefer.

The candidate must be a Graduate and from any other Sales Background for the post of Relationship Manager. Fresher can also apply for this post.

Experience: 1 – 4 years of experience is required in finance for Senior Relationship Manager Post and minimum 6 months of experience is required in direct selling for Relationship Manager Post.

Pay Scale: Rupees 1.20 to 2.10 lacs + incentives + reimbursement + medical insurance.
