Job Profile: The candidate should be able to solve customer’s queries and maintain accuracy of information given and documented. He should adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process and have ability to work in 24*7 environments. The candidate would be required to reply to the mails from client’s customers, communicate over the phone, or mail the client’s customers.

Educational Qualifications: The candidate must be Graduate in any discipline with excellent communications skills in English and good knowledge of internet browsing. The candidate must have a good typing speed of over 50 words per minute. Fresher can also apply for the post.

Experience: The candidate must have 0 to 3 years of experience in International BPO.

Pay Scale: Rupees 0.90 to 1.20 lakhs + incentives
