Fee Structure of M. Tech
The Master of Technology is a postgraduate level course. Students who have finished their bachelors in Pharmacy and Architecture can apply for this course. Those who have done their graduate degree in Technology are also eligible to apply. Students also need to have a god score in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). This exam is carried out jointly by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and Indian Institute of Science.
This course has duration of two year with 4 semesters. M.Tech is offered in streams such as:

- Computer science/Information technology (technical field)
- Electrical/Electronics
- Human computer interaction
- Intelligence system
- Nanotechnology
- Ocean technology
- Robotics
