Andhra University, one of the oldest Universities in the country offer the aspirants with various diplomas, Under Graduate, Post Graduate and Doctoral programmes in different fields. The University conducts entrance exam every year for the admittance of eligible ones to its Master of Science program.

Structure of Andhra University M.Sc Geoinformatics Entrance Test

Andhra University M.Sc Geoinformatics Entrance Test will be of objective type with multiple choice questions. The candidates have to answer 90 questions within 75 minutes. The question paper will have 3 sections – Part A having 40 questions carrying 40 marks, Part B having 30 questions of 30 marks and Part C of 20 questions carrying 20 marks. For each wrong answer ¼ marks will be deducted.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Andhra University M.Sc Geoinformatics program, the candidates should have completed their B.Sc program with any two of the following subjects in part II- Mathematics, Physics, Geology, Geography, Computer Science, Statistics, Chemistry, Agriculture and Forestry. Mathematics should be one of the subjects at intermediate if not in B.Sc.

How to Apply?

The application form can be obtained from different concerned sale counters by payment of Rs. 300/-. The form can also be received through post for which a request accompanied with DD of Rs. 350/- drawn in favour of ‘The Director’, AUCET, Directorate of Admissions which is payable at Visakhapatnam. The completed application form has to be sent before the due date to ‘The Director’, AUCET, Directorate of Admissions, Visakhapatnam.

How to fill the Form?

The applicants have to be very careful while filling in the application form. All the columns have to be filled neatly and legibly furnishing the exact details. All the necessary information required for filling each column of the application form are mentioned in the prospectus. The aspirants can refer that while filling.
