Tuticorin Port Trust is a major port of the country on July 11, 1974. It is the second largest port in the state of Tamil Nadu. It is considered as the third largest container terminal in the country which comes after Jawaharlal Nehru Port and Chennai Port.

Job profile:

Candidates can apply for the posts of Assistant Marine Officers on the contract basis in the administration department of Tuticorin Port Trust.

Eligibility:

Candidates should not be more than 30 years of age.

Educational Qualifications:

Candidates are required to have atleast matriculation or equivalent or should have certificate of competency as Master of a home trade ship granted by Ministry of Shipping.

No. of posts: Only 3 posts are available for the the position of Stenographers.

Pay Scale: Candidates will be given the prescribed salary of Rs. 30000/-.
