Desired Candidate Profile: The candidate would be required to handle inbound / outbound Foreign Language calls from Customers providing them with excellent service and meeting the business standards. The candidate would be required to respond the e-mails and/or chat from customers, communicate verbally and in writing between customers and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests and written instructions. The candidate would also be required to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers.

Qualifications: The candidate must possess Diploma/Certificate in Foreign Language (Korean, Japanese, Hungarian, Dutch, Chinese (Mandarin), Polish) with fluency in verbal communications in any one Foreign Language mentioned above. Also he/she must be Fluent in verbal communications in English as well. The candidate should also have some Basic Computer Knowledge.

Experience: • 0 – 2 years of experience in any one of the six languages mentioned with good communication skills.
