B.A in Computer Applications
The course of B.A in Computer Applications relates to application of several computer languages and the different types and medium through which these are observed. The course deals in application wise aspects of the language that spans to a region of hardware drive to software drive.
Eligibility Criterion:
Candidate’s upper as well as lower age limit in order to attain admission in the course is about seventeen and twenty one year respectively. However candidates who belong to the reservation category earn a relaxation of five years in the upper age limit. This relaxation is also for candidates who belong to defense category. The candidates also have to attain a minimum of 45% in their 10+2 level and should have Computer Science or Computer Applications as an optional subject in the same level.
Course Duration:
The total length of the course is about three years. The course in most of the Institutes is divided into three papers, each paper spanning for a period of one year. However there are other Institutes who also offer the course in semester form, with each semester spanning for a period of six months, therefore the course contains six semesters.
Job Prospects:
The candidates are highly probable to bag a job in several IT based companies situated around the nation. The candidates also have the option to explore the research based field but the scope is limited with the under-graduate level degree.
