Bachelor of Culinary arts
Culinary art stands for the art of cooking. Under this course the candidates are taught various ways and recopies to be cooked on various events. The course of bachelors of culinary arts includes study and classes of various recipes, and video coaching of various cooking items. The course teaches various manners of the kitchen and various kinds of recipes that can be made. This course not only includes the way to teach the items, but also includes proper arrangement and the order of the items. Which item to go before and which one to go at the last is what is taught under the course of Bachelor of Culinary arts.
One needs to be 10 + 2 from any discipline in order to get admission in the course of bachelor of culinary arts. The 10 + 2 certificate can be of any recognized educational board of India.
Course outlook:
The course duration of bachelor in culinary arts is not very certain. It varies from university to university. Few universities offer it with duration of just 1 year, whereas many others offer a full time course of 3 years. 3 years are divided in 3 parts of 1 year each. After every exam a practical and theory exam is taken which decides promotion to the next level.
Job Prospects:
There are plenty of job offers in the market after the completion of bachelor of culinary arts. One can be a chef or a cook in a very good and renounced restaurant or hotel after completion of this degree. Various food and beverage companies also recruit these degree holders.

I GOT 40% IN 12TH BOARD…CAN I DO..CULINARY ARTS /HOTEL MANAGEMENT COURSES IN ANY COLLEGES?
The entrance examination for the admission into Culinary Academy of India for their Bachelor’s,Post-Gradaute and Craft courses is always held from second week of May each academic year.It always better to keep checking on their website.

My son is presently doing his 10th in Delhi School. He doesn’t want to study Engg or Medicine after + 12 and is very keep to become Chef.
