Eligibility Criteria

Engineering graduates in disciplines of Computer Science, Information technology, Electronics and Telecommunication, etc are eligible to attend the recruitment process of Nokia Siemens. Qualification must be obtained from a recognized institution with minimum 60% marks. For the position of ‘Solution Engineers’, the company usually considers B.E/B.Tech holders from streams of Electronics and Communication Engineering or Electronics and Telecommunication. Selection Procedure

Selection process of Nokia Siemens includes two main stages, written test and interview. In certain cases, they will also include group discussion as a separate round. GD is usually conducted for candidates who have qualified the written exam. Written exam include questions from

Time allotted for completing written exam is 2 hours. Total number of questions for the written test is 100. Among this, 50 questions will be from Quantitative Aptitude and the 50 from technical topics. In Quantitative Aptitude session, candidate can expect questions from Relation, Simple/Compound Interest, Coding-Decoding, and so on. In technical section, one can expect questions from the domain they have selected for B.E/B.Tech degree. Questions will be based on the fundamental concepts of networks, Electronic devices, Electronic circuits, etc. Problem type questions can be asked from topics like Resistance, Inductance, Capacitance, etc.

Those who pass written exam will be informed about the date and time for interview. In interview section, there will be questions on technical and HR topics.

This is the general recruitment policy of Nokia Siemens. There will be slight modifications on the same with changing HR policy and job requirements of the company from time to time.
