Eligibility Criteria

The candidates who have completed their bachelor degree in Science are eligible to apply for the entrance test. They should have studied Chemistry/Biochemistry as subjects during the qualifying degree. A minimum of 55% marks is required for B.Sc graduates. Those who have completed their bachelor’s degree in Agriculture / Engineering / Technology are also eligible. They should possess at least second class marks in the qualifying examination. Moreover, the candidates who are applying for the entrance test should have studied Mathematics as one of the subjects either at 12th or at graduate level.

How to Apply?

The application fee for CFTRI M.Sc in Food Technology entrance test is Rs. 500/- . This must be taken in the name of the Director of the CFTRI, Mysore. The application form can be collected from the official web portal of CFTRI. The candidate can apply through online method, by including the DD number in the application form. Another method is to send the application along with the DD to the concerned address. The applications must be forwarded before final date insisted for the same.
