Job Profile: The candidate should be able to understand the 3 Collection strategy. He should be able to handle Datacard-Contract Customers and Handsets both. The candidate would be required to make reminder and recovery calls. He should display his willingness to assist the customer keeping in mind the benefits of the 3 products and services and bring his account to good standing.

Qualifications: The candidate can be a Graduate and Undergraduate in any field. He should have a good command over spoken and written English. He must have working knowledge of computers and internet.

Experience: Fresh Graduates can apply and Undergraduates can also apply with minimum 6 months of experience.

Pay Scale: Rupees 1,25,000 to 1,75,000 + incentives.
