Profile:

Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) was established by Government of India under Ministry of Home Affairs. It was established in the early 1963. It is one of the paramilitary force of the country which was formely known as the Special Service Bureau. The headquarter of SSB is located at Directorate General of SSB, East Block-V, Sector-I, R.K. Puram, New Delhi-110066. This highest level of head quarter of the foce is also known as the Force Headquarter.

Job Profile:

Candidates can apply for the posts of Commandant (Ordnance) and Chief Inspector of Armaments in Sashastra Seema Bal.

Eligibility:

Candidates should not be more than 56 years of age as on closing date of the reciept of application for the posts of Commandant while the maximum age limit set for the post of Chief Inspector of Armaments is 55 years.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should be a Lieutenant Colonel of Army Ordance Corps for applying for the post of Commandant while candiates should be an officer of the rank of Lietenant Colonel for applying for the post of Chie Inspector of Armaments.

Commandant: Rs. 37400-67000 + Grade Pay of Rs. 8700
