The Punjab University is one of the reputed law institutes in India. The Department of Laws is ranked 9th amongst the various Law Colleges in India. It was established in Lahore but after partition it was relocated in Chandigarh, which is amongst the finest city of Punjab. The Law school provides various courses to the aspirants for providing a complete platform to build their career. Infrastructure:
The Department of laws has an impressive main campus, which was previously in Lahore but after 10-25 years it came under the city of Chandigarh. The campus is spread over 550 acres of land, has 3 storied library building which contains 55000 books, high definitions journals and periodicals. The University has separate buildings for different departments. Each department is has excellent faculty members to support its students. It also offers transportations facilities to its students and staffs.

Admission Procedure:
Institute offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs every year by commencing an entrance exam known as CET. For that candidates need to fill the application forms for the mentioned courses. Aspirants have to follow all the rules and regulations forwarded by the faculties in order to maintain the discipline of the university.
Placements:
The university organizes special training programs for the students in order to build their confidence to represent themselves. They also provide training facility for aspiring candidates. The institute invites leading judicial firms for campus interviews of the students appearing in final year of their course.

want to know that what’s the criteria for getting admission in law????
what is the last of filling n submission of forms???
from where we can get forms for law courses????
1) is there any age limit for doing llb?
2) if the person has 39 percent in graduation but has 60 percent in master degree through distance education in msc (IT) & in mba then that person is eligible for LLB
After filling the CET form for 3 year law, what is the procedure to be followed to apply to Department of Laws, Chandigarh? and when does it begin?
