Company profile: NTC Ltd came into existence in the year 1968. It has been manufacturing and marketing textiles and yarn. It has variety of mills and many offices spread all over the country. It has been providing its customers with high quality and economical fabric.
Job profile: The Deputy Managers will be responsible for managing various activities of their department. They will be required to take care of the administration of their department and also supporting their seniors. They will also be responsible for planning new tasks like recruitment, market trend etc and managing the staff under them.
Eligibility: A candidate must not exceed the age of 40 years for the post of Deputy Manager and 28 years for the post of Supervisor. However, relaxation can be claimed as per the rules.
Educational Qualifications: For Deputy Manager – A candidate must have a degree/diploma in textile engineering with an experience of 12/15 years respectively OR a candidate must be an MBA/1 year diploma with 12/15 years of experience respectively in the relevant discipline. For Supervisor – A candidate must have a diploma in textile in engineering with an experience of 5 years.
No. of posts: There are 25 posts for supervisors and 10 posts for deputy manager (technical), one for deputy manager (HR) and one for deputy manager (marketing).
Pay scale: The Deputy Managers will be given a pay scale of Rs16000-20800 and the supervisors will be given a pay scale of Rs6000-10000.
Selection process: The candidates will be required to appear for an interview.
How to apply: The candidates are required to apply as per the format given on the website. The candidates have to send a DD of Rs300 which is to be drawn in the favor of National Textile Corporation Ltd payable at Delhi. There is no fee for SC/ST.PH candidates. The candidates must write their name on the reverse of the DD. All the applications along with the copies of certificates must reach General Manager (Personnel), NTC Ltd, 5th Floor, Core IV, Scope Complex, 7 Lodhi Road New Delhi – 110003
