Qualification for teaching in colleges for bba ,,,,what is the qualification required ?

If you want to become a lecturer in colleges for the BBA then first of all do the BBA or B.Com and then after do the either MBA or M.Com and give the UGC NET or SET exam for the lecturer.In my thinking go for the M.Com because it will give you study related information but the MBA is a managerial course. If you want to choose a teacher as a career.
