Central University of Haryana was established through an Act of Parliament named The Central Universities Act, 2009. The university was founded under the Government of India. The university is located in Mahendragarh district of Haryana. The university has its temporary campus located somewhere else and the university is currenty operating from its temporary campus only. The university is supposed to be named after Lord Krishna. Central Universities Bill 2009 is aiming to convert three universities located in Chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Uttarakhand into Central Universities.

Job Profile:

Eligible as well as qualified candidates are invited for applying for faculty positions at the levels of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Dy. Librarian and Assistant Librarian. Candidates will be appointed on direct basis or on deputation basis.

Post of Assistant Professor is available in School of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, School of Language, Liguistics, Culture and Heritage and School of Law, Governance, Public Policy and Management.

1. Recruitment of Assistant Professor:
No. of posts: only 27 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess educational qualification as per existing UGC guidelines or norms.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 6000.

Post of Associate Professor is available in School of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, School of Language, Liguistics, Culture and Heritage and School of Law, Governance, Public Policy and Management.

2. Recruitment of Associate Professor:
No. of posts: only 14 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess educational qualification as per existing UGC guidelines or norms.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 9000.

Post of Professor is available in School of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, School of Language, Liguistics, Culture and Heritage and School of Law, Governance, Public Policy and Management.

3. Recruitment of Professor:
No. of posts: only 8 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess educational qualification as per existing UGC guidelines or norms.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 10000.

4. Recruitment of Dy. Librarian:
No. of posts: only 1 post is available.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess educational qualification as per existing UGC guidelines or norms.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 8000.

5. Recruitment of Assistant Librarian:
No. of posts: only 1 post is available.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess educational qualification as per existing UGC guidelines or norms.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 6000.

Application Fee:

Application fee of Rs. 350 is need to be submitted by General category candidates, OBC category candidates are required to submit an application fee of Rs. 250 while SC/ST/PH categories candidates are required to submit an application fee of Rs. 150 only. The application fee must be submitted through a non refundable demand draft drawn in favour of Central University of Haryana payable at Narnaul (Distt. Mahendergarh), Haryana.

How to apply: Dully filled in application form must reach to the temporary camp office of the university on or before the last date for the reciept of application. The application form must be accompanied by the other required certificates and the demand draft of requisite application fee. The envelope must reach to the address given below:
