In order to join for MBA course in Mizoram University, candidates should first of all complete graduation.  50% marks is necessary for candidates to apply for this course. A good score in either CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT is compulsory to join for MBA. On forwarding applications on the basis of this score, GD and Personal Interview will also be conducted for final selection.

Final year graduates can also opt for MBA course in this university. Admission Procedure for MBA in Mizoram University

The Directorate of Technical Education (Mizoram state) conducts a centralized selection process for selecting candidates for MBA course. Candidates must possess a good score in the common management entrance tests. It is compulsory for candidates to qualify and attain an average score in any of the entrance exams which is as follows –

• XAT (conducted by XLRI)
• MAT (conducted by AIMA)
• CMAT (conducted by AICTE)
• CAT (conducted by IIMs)

Candidates need to answer objective type questions in any of these common entrance tests. There will be questions relating to subjects like General knowledge, Numerical Ability, Logical Reasoning, Language and Comprehension etc. On the basis of the score secured in any of these tests, candidates can apply for MBA in Mizoram University. Group Discussion as well as a Personal interview needs to be attended as a part of final selection procedure.

Application Procedure for MBA in Mizoram University

In order to get correct information about the application procedure for MBA course in Mizoram University, candidates can log in to the Mizoram University website www.mzu.edu.in. An online application procedure needs to be followed by candidates in this case. Along with this, it is also compulsory to take a DD of Rs 700/-. (DD amount is Rs 350/- for SC/ST candidates). Candidates should take up DD in favor of “The Controller of Examination, Mizoram University”. The DD amount must be paid at Aizawl. Candidates should write all essential information in the application form along with the DD details. It is necessary to submit online applications before the due date. After the application forms are being submitted, candidates must take a note of the ID number. This ID number can be used for future references by candidates.
