The following article provides the details of the fee structure for the course of Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). The figures mentioned here are not exact values but this will give the prospective students and their parents a fair idea of the fee structure for the course. The renowned colleges which offer this course are International Management Institute, Xavier Institute of Management, Institute of Management Technology, Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE), Xavier Institute of Development Action and Studies (XIDAS) and so on. The fee structures of these colleges are somewhat as follows.

The tuition fees, room rent, cost of course materials, computer charges and library fees are somewhere around INR 80,000.00, INR 4000.00, INR 18,000.00, INR 12,000.00 and INR 10,000.00 per Term respectively for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd terms. Again, the tuition fees, room rent, and cost of course materials, computer charges and library fees are a bit more in the next terms. Along with these, there is a one time deposit for medical insurance, development fees, student’s association fees, alumni activities and caution deposit. So, a final total amount payable, on an average, is a little over INR 9,00,000.00 for the total course. It is advisable to note that the estimates provided here are for a particular college and hence a variance of up to INR 2,00,000.00 (both upper and lower variance) in the final total can be expected.

Some colleges also offer scholarships to bright students or other exemptions to deserving students. For example, Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE) offers up to 50% scholarship in the course fee. Again, Xavier Institute of Development Action and Studies (XIDAS) offers up to 25% scholarships in the course fee of first 10 deserving students. Also, there are some exemptions on part time courses, distance courses for professionals and for diploma courses.
