The Institute of Management and Technology offer admission to the eligible candidates in the PG Based Diploma in Management (PGDM0 program. The Institute is located in the city of Ghaziabad and is considered to be amongst the top rated Management based Institute in the country only after the IIM’s. The Institute was set up in the year 1980 and has been since then one of the best as well as premiere based Management Institute in the nation. The Institute offers great infrastructural facilities as well as great teaching faculty to the candidates, through which they can receive a quality education for management course. The Institute also has several tie-ups with most of the Top end companies in the world, through which they have the opportunities to be recruited in them. The IMT is also planning to establish an Institute in the city of Dubai as well as Nagpur in the years to come through which they can offer great management education to the deserving candidates of these cities.

Aspirating candidates, who apply for the course of PGDM within the Institute, are selected as per their CAT scores. However there is also an option to apply separately for the course in the Institute. Those candidates who are shortlisted after a careful scrutiny of their marks are called in for a second round of selection in the form of Group Discussion as well as Personal Interview. The final selections are only made after assessing all the marks in all of the three stages of admission.

Note: PGDM (International Business) and PGDM (Executive) programmes are only offered in Ghaziabad campus.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from any of the recognized institute with a minimum of 50% marks or its equivalent CGPA in Graduation. Candidates who are n their final year of graduation can also apply.

For PGDM (Executive) programme candidates should have atleast 5 year after graduation work experience. Company sponsored candidates are preferred for this course.

How to Apply:

The application forms for IMT’s PGDM programmes are available directly from IMT Ghaziabad and Nagpur as well as selected branches of Axis Bank, IMS learning centers and TIME centers for Rs. 1600. Candidates can also apply online through the website www.imt.edu payment for which can be made through demand draft/debit/credit card.

Selection process:

Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their CAT scores. The shortlisted candidates are then called for further selection process consisting of a Group Discussion and Personal Interview after which the final selections are made.
