Can polytechnical diploma holder can give the entrance exam for IIT JEE

can i sit in second year in iit jee after pass the entrance exam if yes so please write the procedure like date or any other things

No, you are not eligible for IIT JEE exam.

Those candidates who have completed 12th standard from a recognized board with physics, chemistry and mathematics with above 50% marks are eligible for IIT-JEE exam. 5% marks relaxation is provided for SC/ST category candidates.

Your age should be in between 17 to 25 years.

Polytechnic diploma holder cannot give the entrance exam for IIT-JEE.
the students who have completed their intermediate in the branch MPC are eligible for the IIT-JEE exam.
If a diploma holder wanted to join in the IIT'S then he/she should complete their BE/B.Tech in the recognised university and then apply for the GATE examination then they will be eligible for studying in IIT'S.

The answer to your 1st question is yes.
A diploma holder can get into IIT JEE.
But the answer to your other question is no.
You cannot get a direct 2nd year admission in IIT.
To get into IIT you will have to give the entrance exam for diploma students for admission to IIT JEE.
It is a different exam then the one conducted for students who have passed out straight from 12th.
