Hi,
What I can do after completing Diploma in Mechanical Engineering? I am not interested in B.E. I have some interest in Food Technology. Is there any degree and post graduation related to Food Technology of Engineering side? Please help me as soon as possible.

You are not eligible to study the course of Food Technology as you have completed your Diploma in Mechanical Engineering you need to study the courses related to Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
So you must try and decide what you want to do as you are not eligible for the Food Technology related courses after the completion of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
You are eligible for the BE courses in Mechanical and Automobile Engineering.
