Is it good for me to complete PG diploma course? What would be the benefit now? Can someone let me know what we need to do next after the PG diploma course is done? Thank you.

Yes, it is a good choice to do PG(post graduation) in diploma after your graduation. Today life has become so fast that waiting for a job after clearing a degree course of 2-3 years of PG is not affordable. Also PG diploma courses are lot cheaper than degree courses.
You must have mentioned the graduation genre you are from. It would have been easier for me to tell you the PG diploma course that you should go for. Anyways nowadays diploma in MBA courses are very popular. This has almost the same course curriculum as that of a 2 year degree MBA course. The total fee of the course is a lot less. Some institutes like Ignou, ICFAI in Hyderabad have PGDBA courses (diploma course of management or MBA), some institutes like JBIMS or Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai has PGDM courses (diploma course of management or MBA). These courses are of 1 year duration and they provide with the practical and corporate friendly knowledge. This helps you secure job in any finance sector in the management section very easily. After PG diploma, please do not go for any other course. Join a job. After that try for doing MS in abroad, through that company itself. Then after completing MS in abroad you ca settle for a better job in a more esteemed company in abroad itself.
