I am sorry to say that IITs does not offer Diploma or Post Graduate Diploma courses. So, you cannot opt the above mentioned Post Graduate diploma course from any of the IITs.
Candidates those who have completed their class 12th examination with PCM as a subject combination from a recognized Board can apply for the Bachelors degree course in the Technical Education from IITs.
