Does a Post Graduate Diploma suffice to pursue an M.Phil Degree?

Hello,

I have completed my Post Graduate diploma from Symbiosis, Pune and have 4 years of work experience as a Trainer. I would like to enroll for a M.Phil degree. Can anyone please advice me as to what would be a beneficial educational degree for me to pursue next, and also if the post graduate degree would be enough to pursue an M.Phil in psychology? (Distance Learning)

Your suggestions would be of utmost importance to me in order to take any further decision.

If you have persued Post graduate diploma after bachelor degree and not have persued Master degree, then you can not persue M.phil.

As because Master degree is must for Persuing M.phil in India.

The eligibility criteria says that Master degree is required for Persuing M.phil in India, weather through distance education or Regular mode.

Best of Luck

the you have to get a master degree first,

Dear friend,

You need to have a masters degree to study M.Phil.
Students with at least 55 aggregate percent marks in M A and M Sc degree can apply for this course.

So i will suggest you to pursue masters degree first ,then think of further higher studies.

All the best!

I have completed MBA (Finance and Marketing). But I am working as a HR Officer in a factory now. So I have finished my Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource management Degree in IGNOU. Now I want to study M.Phil in Human Resource management. Can I study M.Phil directly? Or otherwise am I need to do any master degree in Human Resource management also? Kindly suggest me for my career.

Thanking You.

What is the requirement for an M.Phil then? What I know is that one needs to have his first degree and some research background and with this you can run a Master of Philosophy in any area of of your choice. Postgraduate Diploma with research and bachelors degree qualifies to run an M. Phil
