with Commerce stream. Please tell me

Yes, you can get admission in Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
A 10th passed or appearing student can also apply for Diploma courses.
Just you have to appear in entrance exam to get admission in Diploma courses.
Here are the name of some entrance exam through which you can get admission in Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

1. JEXPO
2. DCECE
3.CET
4.VOCLET
Entrance exam for Diploma courses have 10th basis Syllabus.
So you must take some preparation to make good rank in entrance exam to get admission in good college.
