After scoring 58% in B.Tech Engineering can I for an education loan to do MS in Germany? Kindly let me know about this immediately.

Yes you can apply for an Educational Loan for doing MS in Germany.
You need to apply for the Educational Loan in the Bank of your choice.
You also need to make sure that you can show a guarantor with an IT Return for your Loan to get sanctioned.
The maximum Educational Loan that is given by a Bank in general is about Rs 20 Lacs.
So that is the amount you will be given for your MS Course once you have a guarantor for your Loan amount.
