State Bank of India:-
Interest Rate:-

Above Rs. 4 lakhs and up to Rs. 7.5 lakhs - 3.75% above base rate

Base rate:- 9.85%

Repayment Tenure:-

Above Rs. 4 lakhs and up to Rs. 7.5 lakhs - up to 10 years

ICICI Bank:-
Interest Rate:-10.99% to 17.99%

Repayment Tenure:- 1-5 years
