I have cleared UGC NET only in English literature and not JRF. Am I eligible for any scholarship on the M.Phil level?. If not, then is the non-net scholarship still available and can I apply for the same? What should be the steps followed for the same?

Those who get admission in M.Phil or Ph.D programme are eligible to apply for UGC scholarship, if they have got good academic record.

You have qualified NET, which can surely help you to get scholarship from UGC while doing any research programme from a recognized university.
