Dear sir, I have land in rural area and have no any house property because, I live in a rental house. Please tell me what are the terms and condition to apply for an education loan against land as a mortgage in rural areas?

- The land should not be under agricultural land category.
- You/your co-borrower should own the land and have registry papers/valid proof for it.
