My father is a retired bank employee. His annual income is above 1 lakh. I belong to sc caste. I would like to know whether I am eligible for scholarship in professional courses?

The annual income limit to be eligible to apply for scholarship is less than one lakh rupees. In case of SC/ST candidates, the family annual income should not exceed more than two lakh rupees. To be eligible to apply for scholarship, you must get admission in the course only through entrance examination counselling process. After checking the required eligibility criteria, you can apply for scholarship by visiting your respective state epass official website http://epass.cgg.gov.in. If all the details submitted by you are verified and found correct, you can get scholarship for pursuing your higher studies.

For getting the benefit of SC Scholarship, parental income should not exceed 3 Lakhs INR annually from all sources.
