It is completely based upon your interest. If you want to be an Engineer then you know which stream to choose, and if you want to be a CA then also you know which to choose. See if you are concerned about the level of difficulties that these streams have then let me tell you the true fact and that is, If you choose science then you might have to study a lot to secure a good marks in your exams but in college the pressure will be less, as compared to commerce students. Commerce is pretty easy in class 11 & 12, but it is literally VERY DIFFICULT in the higher studies. Securing a job or getting a handsome salary is quite easy from the science stream (though some people will contradict), but that from commerce is a big question. So I think comparing from difficulty level commerce is a bit high.
