hi...i am in class 11th n im very confused bout wat course wld help me aftr 10 2............my friends said dat widout maths deres no scope in commerce....n m afraid i have not taken maths....................plz help me wid my career.........? :/

For you maths and economics are complulsory for getting admission in economics hons.
If you have maths / business maths/staststics and economics

there is no specific subject for economics honours.In 10+2 ECONOMICS is compulsory for economics honours but there is no specific demand for any such subject

Students from any stream can persue Economics honours.

Arts, student can persue B.A (Economics) provide that they has Economic Geograpgy/ Applied Mathematics/Economics or other related field as one of the main subjec.

Commerce, student can persue B.com (Economics) provided that they had Economics/Business Mathematics/Pure Mathematics/Economic Geography as one of the main subject.

Science, student can persue B.sc (Economics) provided that they had Mathematics as one of the main subject.

This is general eligibility criteria ,however it also depends upon particular Admitting institute.

subjects in your 12th standard;

-you must have arts with economics and maths in your 12th

-you must have commerce with economics or accounts in your 12th

i am sorry to inform u but i hav not recieved the answer to my question in ur thread...i could only read questions asked by students...and unfortunately those questions did not resemble mine pls help..................which 4 subjects will be taken into account for a commerce student with maths was\is my question apart from maths and economics......APART FROM ECONOMICS AND MATHEMATICS????
