This is Yamini Chitrakar,from Bhopal (M.P.) Sir i am kneely interested to join Indian Navy, Airforce, but i exactly don't know the procedure, please guide me, i am pursuing MBA.
Need urgent information. please do guide me. i have also done cabin crew training. Really want to explore my self in NAVAL or AIRFORCE industry. i hv completed my

I am very sorry to say that you cant apply forindian neavy ,but you can apply for airforce officer through SSE :_ short service commission after completing any graduate degree BE/BTech with minimum 60% marks.


Having passed with physic and maths at 10 and 12th

Age limit required:- 19 to 23 year and advertisement scheduale will be released in the mounth of Mar/ Sep.

Girls can join Indian Army through SSC i.e Short Service Commition which is a 10 years job can be extended to 14 years and can be further more promoted if perform exceptionally good

Definetly commerce passouts student are eligible to join Indian Army through NDA (National Defence Acadmy) examination conducted UPSC (Union Public Service Commition) twice in a year throughout the India in the month of April and August. Upcoming NDA exam is going to conduct in the month if April 2011.

Elegiblity criteria for this exam is to be 10+2 passout with any stream.Students having Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 are eligible to join Navy and Airforce wings also.

Commerce students can also join Indian Navy through CDS (Combine Defence Service) examination conducted by UPSC twice in a year. Minimum educational qualification for this exam is to be graduate in any stream,

HI DEAR,

YOU can not join indian navy because the minimum eligibility to join in navy is graduation for the girls first complete your graduation and then try for the Indian navy.

You have two options to join Indian Navy:-

Type of Entry
1.)SSC Law Cadre

Age Limit-22 - 27 Years
Educational Qualification- A Degree in Law qualifying for enrollment as an Advocate under the Advocates Act 1961 with minimum 55% marks

2.)SSC Logistics Cadre

Age Limit-19½ - 25 Years
Educational Qualification- B.A (Economics), B.Com or B.Sc (Physics and Maths) or BSc(IT), CA/ ICWA, Catering Technology or
BCA/ MCA, or B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical, Marine, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Computers, IT, Architecture with minimum 60% marks.

You need to first complete your graduation then you are eligible for giving NDA exam..
for girls NDA is after their completion of graduation.
so now you are in 12th which is not sufficient to give NDA exam for a girl.....

sorry u cant join indian navy.. not because you are a girl but because you took commerce.. but for navy and airforce the basic requirements is physics and maths..
but for girls you cant right after writing class 12 ..but you can apply after graduation..
age limit is 21 to 29..

No my dear friend girls are not allowed for NDA exams .Only unmarried boys are applicable .
But there is nothing to worry ,there are so many ways girls can join defense -
NCC(age limit = 19 to 21 years)
SSC(technical)(age limit = 20 to 27 years)
SSC(nontechnical) (age limit = 20 to 27 years)
CDS(age limit = 21 to 30 years)

It is nice to know that you want to serve the nation, but sorry to say that, girld are not eligible for the NDA exam,.this exam is conducted by UPSC(UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION) every years.

through this exam you can apply for all three branches of the Indian army.
1.NAVAL WING
2.AIR FORCE WING
3.MILITARY WING .

the age limit for this exam is 16.5-19

but you can apply for another UPSC exam,CDS exam after the completion of the graduation.
the age limit for this exam is 19-24.

Sorry but there are no such college for navy education. Navay doesn't need any extra qualification +2 qualification with PCM minimum 60% is sufficient for it.
After 12th you can apply for NDA entrance exam or Navay-tech. Ya but for SSB training so many institutes are there.
CONCENTRATE on your studies in 11th and 12th because that is the syallbus for the NDA and if you score more then 80% in 12th then you can directly apply Navay-tech without any entrance exam.

Hi dear,

For women to join Defense forces the eligibility is

** Graduate
** unmarried status
** Age 21-25 years


Hence 10+2 is not sufficient. so Complete your graduation.

Not even the boys are eligible for the NAVAL/AIR force force after completion of 12th with commerce.

first of all I would like to tell you, girls are not allowed for the NATIONAL DEFENSE ACADEMY[NDA]exam, through which , one can apply for all the branches of the Indian force-naval , air force wing & military branch..
Only males candidates are allowed for this examination, conducted by UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION.
For appear in this examination , a candidate must have 12th degree from a recognized board.
for apply in the NAVAL & AIR FORCE ,a candidate must have physics & maths in 12th, and have scored at least 60% in aggregate.

The age limit for this examination for this examination is 16.5-19 years.
there is not the any kind of age relaxation is applicable for the sc\st & obc candidates.
also one must possess Indian citizen ship with marital status UNMARRIED .

No, girls are not eligible for Indian Navy after 12th commerce.

You have to apply for NDA(national defence Academy) conducted by UPSC(union public service commission).

* Candidates should be the citizen of India
* Candidates should have age limit within 16.5 to 19 years
* Candidates should complete 12th from a recognized institute
* You should complete maths,physics and chemistry at 12th
* Only unmarried male candidates can apply for exam
* Candidates should be physically fit

If you have the above eligibility then you are eligible for this exam otherwise you are not eligible for Indian Navy officer

but you can appear UPSC exam after your graduation course.so you must prepare for it.

You can pursue a Chartered Accountancy after completing 12th standard. Completion of Graduation course does not carry any weight age for the final CA exam. However in order to pursue an MBA degree will need to complete your graduation. CA is an excellent professional course and you can take up assignments in corporate finance management and auditing. They have excellent opportunities in ME. But it is always desirable to have a graduation along with CA since it can open up new avenues for higher studies and career opportunities. MBA along with CA is a killer combination and these people adorn very high profiles in corporate financial management, especially the position of CFO's.
