Physical Standards required for Central Excise Inspectors
Examination-

Height - 157.5 cms.

Chest - 81 cms (fully expanded with a minimum expansion of 5 cms.
(Relaxable by 5 cms in the case of Garhwalis, Assamese, Gorkhas, Kumaon Region, Nagaland Tribes and members of ST).

Physical Test: Walking - 1600 metres in 15 minutes,
Cycling - 8 Km in 30 minutes.

Eligibility for food Inspector
1. Undergraduate degree in food safety or related field such as agriculture, biology or chemistry from a recognised university.
2.enroll in the USDA inspection training programme.
3. 1 year experience in food industry needs to be shown on resume.
4. application is available from the official website of united fresh produce association.

Eligibility for Excise Inspector
Age: 18-25 yrs.
Degree from a recognised university or equivallent
Physical Standard: Male
height- 157.5 cm.

height exactly 158cm

chest width 81cmt and extention to 86cmt

walking- 1600m in 15 min.

height- 152 cm

weight- 48 kg

walking- 1 km in 20 min.
