how can a betech engineering student apply for air force ? and if age is beyond 23 then is he/she aillageble for the entrance

Respected sir. I have completed bba in 2018 I want to join in any Air Force training academy who says they train for 2 months and assure a job I am suppose to pay fully for this 2months training they have given 3 levels to select any one for training I am confused
