My friend you can go for the M.S course in Germany.. it is a good decision to go for master course in abroad..
for that you have to appear in GRE exam...
After completion of B.tech you can appear in GRE exam to do so..
You have to score well in the GRE exam to get admission in any college of Germany..
Beside this you have to be good in english speaking...

So, prepare yourself, for the GRE exam, work hard to crack the exam..
