As your college doesn't have AICTE approval but still UGC recognized then after completion of your M.Tech you can't apply for goverment jobs but you can try for private jobs, because in private sector you can get jobs.


Ohter wise you can do further higher studies from good & well approved from AICTE.

& i think you need not to left your job, you can continue your study during your M.tech.
