A candidate is eligible for IBM placements if he must posses at least 70% or above aggregate in B.Tech and without any backlogs in each semester.

The minimum criteria for selection is 75% percent and above in all examinations like 10th, 12th, and B.Tech graduation.

I secured 62% in 10th,69.9%(complementary) in 2,now i am in B.Tech 3rd year in CSE with 67%,I've good communication skill am i eligible to get a job in IBM?

MNC's are the Multi National Companies which work and function both in India, and abroad.
So these are the top companies which recruit the best professionals from our country.
Now the Basic Requirement which the MNC's ask for is :
You should be a minimum graduate from a recognized university with a minimum 60% aggregate if you are from any technical line like Medical or Engineering.
Otherwise 50% is the requirement.
If you have even lower percentage, I am really sorry to say that you will have to face tough times ahead.
You can try for the IAS, IPS, Civil Service exams.
There is you do well in the entrance exams, then you might get a good job.

minimum marks required to join is IBM is 60% throughout for engineering post. you should have 60% marks not only in B.Tech but also in each examination like in 10 and 10+2 level examination.

when you are applying for the job then you should not have any backlog. if you have one backlog in any semester and you cleared in next semester and after that if you apply for job in IBM then there is no problem. but if you have backlog when you are applying for job then you will not be eligible. but you should not have more than one backlog in semester and you ahve to clear it in next year positively.

Hi I am mallikarjuna I cleared associated software engineer role as fresher in ibm but i don't have 60 percentage in intermediate but i have good Percentage PG, UG, 10th throughout 76% I have . After Entering a company is their any issues with background verification. Place give reply
