I think yes ....
because the bca is a bachelar degree in computer and the mca is a master degree ....
so bca is a base for the mca so mca is beneficial after bca..

no...it is not necessery to persue mca after bca.
because in real means mca is quite critical and seems to involve hard work.
if one is possible to go through this stage then it is definitely better.
for easier option mba is good.or else some certified computer course are there.
software testing has a huge option right these days which needs less brain work and quite comfortable.

Yes, MCA is beneficial for you since nowadays there is a great scope for students who have completed the master's degree otherwise in this competitive world there is no value for bachelor's degree. so, I personally feel that if you want to secure a highest position in public sector or in a private sector you must opt for MCA not just BCA.

MCA would be much better option after completing BCA. Obviously Post graduate candidate would be prefered over a graduate one, so better to opt for MCA.

Further more you can also think of MBA as well. MBA in Information and Technology administration would be best for BCA student.

Yes definitely. MCA after BCA will be very good option. Because just by BCA i.e. graduation degree, one may not be eligible for all categories of jobs. But by having post graduation degree, you may eligible for variety of jobs.

And in addition IT boom is strongly coming back. TCS started recruiting 50000 people. As there are more number of people are required to IT companies, the demand for MCA people is increasing.

So, jobs are there after MCA. Only thing that is required is technical or subject knowledge with you. The more strong you are in your technical knowledge, the good position you are going to get with good package.

Otherwise if you are not interested in joining MCA, MBA will also be a very good option. So that you will be strong enough both in management and technical point of view.

Many student has confusion what to choose after BCA
Their are mainly two option are following..
MBA Or MCA...
MBA is management course and other side MCA is software course..
Both are the master degrees and both are not bad courses..
As you write in your question you are completed your BCA so i will suggest you MCA is best and good option for you if you want to go in the field of programming....

MCA is beneficial after BCA. if you do MCA then job opportunity and scope both will be very high than than after completion of BCA.

after BCA you can not join as a lecturer in institution but after MCA you may join in any institution as an lecturer of computer related subject.

there are some post in company for which only MCA student can apply. so after BCA you can not apply for that post. after MCA also you may go for higher study. you may join as assistant of a researcher after completion of MCA.
so if you have decided to study MCA after BCA then it is correct decision and go for it.
