first you decide where you want to be after 5 years you will definately get the answer.
After doing MBA you are going to become a manager and After Mcom you can go for lecturership, research, industry.
If you have resources and could get good college go for MBA if not so complete your M.com
You can also do CA or CS
MBA can be colmpleted later if you have interest

In my option you should do M.B.A you will get job easily.
For admission in top M.B.A college you have to qualify the entrance exam like:-
> C.A.T
> M.A.T
> G.M.A.T
> X.A.T
> R.M.A.T
etc

ELIGIBILITY FOR M.B.A:-
> Pass graduation with minimum 50% marks from any stream.
For ST/SC candidate minimum 45% marks is require.
> there is no age limit in C.A.T exam.

because the M.COM is higher study of b.com and if you want to become a professors
You will do m.com on the other hand the mba is a professional degree which is very costly in morden time
you can also do C.A.program and get admitted on IPCC group also if you get first division in graduate

this is your choice that in which sub. is more suitable for you .
because both sub. are very good according building the carrier .
so that is why this is totally your choice .

i have taken already m.com corse for studing do i have any benifit after m.com and what kind of jobs can in get in banking sector

In my opinion icwa is better than mcom if you are interested in accounts else if you are interested in management you should definitely opt for MBA.

It depends on you - what you want to do further. If you want to go for corporate jobs after you complete your studies, then you should definitely go for MBA as they prefer MBA students over M. com students. If you particularly want to do lectureship or want to do research or phd, then you should go for M. com.
