Yes, of course you can write the exam. The only thing is you have to pass the final semester. BSNL JTO(Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Junior Telecom Officers) exam
* Candidates should be the citizen of India * Candidates should have age limit within 21 to 30 years. * Candidates should have 33 years of age for OBC. * Candidates should have 35 years of age for SC/ST. * Final year candidates can also appear for this exam. * Candidates should complete graduation from a recognized university. * Backlogs are not allowed. * Candidates should get 55% at graduation. They should have any of the following courses: 1. Information Technology 2. Telecommunication 3. Computer 4. Electrical 5. Radio 6. Electrical Best wishes |

As per the eligibility criteria for the BSNL JTO the candidate will only appeared for the BSNL JTO exam if he/she had passed the final year or has appeared in final year examination. As you are in 6th sem so you are not eligible for this exam now. After the final you are eligible to apply for the BSNL JTO exam. Candidates having degree in any of the following subjects are eligible to appear for the BSNL JTO exam. Hi BSNL JTO exam is conducted every year for the engineering students. Candidates having degree in B.E/B.Tech are eligible for this exam. Candidates having degree in any of the following subjects are eligible for BSNL junior telecom officer exam. i. Telecommunication, ii. Electronics, iii. Radio, iv. Computer, v. Electrical. vi. Information Technology So you can apply after the completion of your graduation. If you have any of the subject mentioned above then you are eligible to apply for BSNL JTO exam. AGE LIMIT Candidates applying for the BSNL JTO exam should be between 21-30 years of age. There is a relaxation in age for the candidates belonging to certain categories: 1. For the SC/ST candidates there is a relaxation of 5 years. 2. For OBC candidates there is a relaxation of 3 years. 3. For PH candidates there is a relaxation of 10 years. If a candidates is PH and from SC/ST then the relaxation for such candidate will be of 15 years. Similarly for the OBC candidates the relaxation is of 3 years. So a candidate having the above eligibility criteria are eligible to appear for the BSNL JTO exam. GOOD LUCK |
