u r rank is too high to get in gud colleges ... better u give the gate once more and see u can score better .... fr nw u may get in some gvnt colleges wich r vry less in standard

hi friend,

It is true that you wont get admission in IITs at this rank, but you can try in all NITs, I am quite that you will get admission atleast in an NIT. NITs conduct their counselling till the last week of August, and you can easily get admission till then because in late august admission of non GATE candidates are done because they(NIT) do not have any GATE qualified candidate even for admission. Hence they fill their vaccant seats through this.

see, the counselling process of GATE for m.tech is not like the btech.

it is fully depend on the college to college.

so it is varied at timing.

it will be better to check the website in you required college.

Dear friend,

Actually there is no certain counseling for M.Tech,you have to apply colleges of your choice and if you meet their criteria then you will be asked to attained an interview.And after interview your admission will be proceed.

Hi,

I am sorry to tell you that your score is not a GATE score.
GATE Score is out of 100. But your score is more than 500, so your marks is not clear to me.
If your score is above 25, then you can get good engineeing college.

gate(M-tech) counseling not same as the aieee(b-tech)..
its depend on the individual college counseling...so, you need to apply separately for different college & its start from the april.

There is no one central counselling for GATE,
different colleges have different counselling date.
counselling of GATE for m.tech is generally going from may to august.

I think counseling will start fom this month because after score card they decide how much rank take admission in my college..........

that's why you go from website and check in which college you can apply.................
