I have passed NET in June2011. I have not yet received the certificate. is there any procedure to get the certificate at fast track mode ?

sir,i am qualified UGC NET june 2009.In certificate my father's name is Hare Krishna Sah as per matric certificate,but in net certificate is Hare Krishna Gupta is not correct. For this i have submitted all concern documents to you at 21 oct 2013.Please do action soonly.
