Here is the complete eligibility criteria for Bank po exam:- ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS >>A degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. >>you must score at least 60% aggregate marks ( 50% aggregate marks for reserved categories ) NATIONALITY A candidate must be either - (i) a Citizen of India or (ii) a subject of Nepal or (iii) a subject of Bhutan or (iv) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or (v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India. you can apply for the Bank POs in two banks IBPS PO SBI PO IBPS PO criteria: the candidate must have completed the graduation from any recognized university. There is no minimum percentage of marks required to eligible this exam. The final year candidate are eligible for this exam. The candidate age limit should be between the 20 to 30 years. There is no age criteria for any other categories. P.O. - PROBATIONARY OFFICER exam for banks usually conducted by State Bank of India and IBPS(Institute of Banking Personal Selection) for 19 Public Sector banks as per their requirements.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR SBI PO EXAM:- -The candidate must be an Indian Citizen -Should have completed Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognised University -Should be within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for SC/ST for 5 years and for OBC candidate up to 3 years -The candidate should be a computer literate one. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR IBPS PO EXAM:- Same as for SBI PO exam criteria except within the age of 20 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate. The banking sectors should conducts the bank exams separately for bank PO and clerk.If you are interested in the bank PO examination you must complete the graduation from any recognized university. Eligibility for PO: You must complete the graduation with 55% of marks from any recognized university. Your age should not more than 30 years and not less than 21 years.The upper age limit will be applicable for ST/SC/OBC candidates. You must have the good communication skills. You must speak the English fluently.And you speak the 3 languages fluently... Age limitations: 3 years for OBC 5 years for ST/Sc 5 years for Ex-service man 10 years for PH-candidates. So don't worry you can go for bank SBI PO and clerk examination. Good lk........... |

If you are interested in BANK PO Then you must have these criteria BANK PO CRITERIA : 1.Academic Qualification : The candidate must compete graduation with decent marks For SC/ST/OBC candidate there is percentage relaxation For some banks like SBI they want 60% marks in graduation. So try to keep above 60% marks . But you also have these criteria 1.Your age must be within 21 to 30 years. For SC/ST/OBC candidate there is age relaxation 2.You should not have any pending backlogs All the best.... |

Sir,All Banks will stipulate their own eligibility/ qualifying criteria. However merely applying for CWE appearing for the examination does not imply that a candidate will necessarily be eligible for employment in all or any of the 19 Public Sector Banks.
